Orders may be cancelled before they are packed or assigned for delivery. Once an order has been packed, dispatched, or is out for delivery, cancellation is not possible due to the quick-commerce nature of our service and the perishability of certain products.
Where an eligible cancellation request is accepted, the customer will receive a full refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
