DailyDivines is a quick commerce platform delivering pooja samagri, devotional products, idols, diyas, home décor, and food offerings to your doorstep within 30–60 minutes through our network of dark stores. DailyDivines is a brand of GIRI Trading Agency Private Limited, which also operates www.giri.in.
Account & Registration Obligations
You may browse the Platform as a guest or register, log in, and place an order. You must keep your account and registration details current and correct for all communications related to your purchases. The details furnished at the time of registration will be considered correct. Any changes must be communicated via your registered email or updated through My Account on the Platform.
By agreeing to these Terms, the customer agrees to abide by the following policies:
By registering, customers also agree to receive promotional communications and order updates via SMS and email. You may opt out of promotional messages at any time via My Account → Notification Preferences or by emailing crmtl@giri.in. Transactional messages (order confirmations, OTPs, delivery updates) cannot be opted out of as they are essential to service delivery.
Section 1: Store Terms
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
You may not use the Platform or its products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, nor may you, in the use of the service, violate any laws in India (including but not limited to the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and applicable copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of these Terms will result in immediate termination of your account and access to the service.
Section 2: Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including payment information) may be transmitted over various networks. All payment information is encrypted during transfer over networks and is handled by PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card or UPI credentials.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform, the service, or access to the service without our express written permission. The headings used in this agreement are for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
Section 3: Accuracy, Completeness & Timeliness of Information
We are not responsible if information made available on this Platform is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this Platform is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions. Any reliance on the material on this Platform is at your own risk.
This Platform may contain certain historical information, which is provided for reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this Platform at any time but have no obligation to update any information. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to the Platform.
Section 4: Modifications to the Service & Prices
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at checkout at the time of order placement is the final applicable price.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service (or any part or content thereof) without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
Section 5: Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to product availability and serviceability at your delivery location. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; the order is confirmed only upon our acceptance and payment clearance. We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us at our sole discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.
We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email or phone number provided at the time of order.
Accepted payment methods: UPI, debit/credit card, net banking, DailyDivines wallet, and Cash on Delivery (where applicable). All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated. A GST invoice is generated for every order and is available under My Orders → Invoice.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. You agree to promptly update your account information so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
For COD orders, the exact order amount must be paid to the delivery partner at the time of delivery. DailyDivines reserves the right to restrict or suspend COD availability for customers who repeatedly refuse COD deliveries, provide incorrect addresses, or are found unavailable at the time of delivery.
Section 6: Delivery & Serviceability
DailyDivines delivers within a 5 km radius of our dark stores. Serviceability is verified automatically at checkout based on your pincode. We aim to deliver all orders within 30–60 minutes of order confirmation. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic, high demand, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.
By placing an order, you confirm that the delivery address is accurate, someone will be available to receive the order, and the address provides reasonable access for our delivery partner. If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the order, the order may be cancelled. In such cases, product value may be refunded at our discretion; delivery charges are non-refundable.
Section 7: Products or Services
Certain products or services may be available exclusively through the online Platform and not at retail stores. These products are subject to return or exchange only according to our Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy.
We have made every effort to display the colours and images of our products as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your device's display of any colour will be accurate. All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this Platform is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, or information purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the service will be corrected.
Section 8: Accuracy of Billing & Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund. We are under no obligation to honour orders placed at an erroneous price.
Section 9: Cancellations & Refunds
Orders may be cancelled within approximately 5 minutes of placement, before the order is packed at our dark store, for a full refund. Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Refunds for valid claims (wrong item, damaged item, failed delivery) are processed in accordance with our Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy. Refund eligibility is determined based on criteria defined in that policy and subject to verification. DailyDivines will not arbitrarily deny refunds for valid claims as defined therein.

Section 10: Third-Party Tools
We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
Any use by you of optional tools offered through the Platform is entirely at your own risk and discretion, and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).
Section 11: Third-Party Links
Certain content, products, and services available via our Platform may include materials from third parties. Third-party links on this Platform may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of any third-party materials or websites, and we will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials, websites, products, or services.
We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites. Please review the third party's policies and practices carefully before you engage in any transaction.
Section 12: Comments, Feedback & Other Submissions
If you send us feedback, reviews, suggestions, photos, or other submissions, whether online, by email, or otherwise (collectively, "comments"), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate, and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us for any purpose including marketing, without further notice or compensation to you.
We are under no obligation to maintain any comments in confidence, pay compensation for any comments, or respond to any comments. We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit, or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion is unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable, or that violates any party's intellectual property or these Terms.
You agree that your comments will not violate any rights of any third party, will not contain unlawful, abusive, or obscene material, and will not contain any computer virus or malware. You are solely responsible for any comments you make and their accuracy. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any comments posted by you or any third party.
Section 13: Personal Information
Your submission of personal information through the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at dailydivines.com/privacy-policy, and is subject to the Information Technology Act, 2000, the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Section 14: Errors, Inaccuracies & Omissions
Occasionally there may be information on the Platform that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, delivery charges, transit times, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Platform is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
Section 15: Prohibited Uses
In addition to other prohibitions set forth in these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Platform or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, or Indian regulations, rules, or laws; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code; (h) to collect or track the personal information of others; (i) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape; (j) to exploit promotional offers, discount codes, or referral programmes through automated tools or fake accounts; (k) to create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or refund restrictions; or (l) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Platform.
We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Platform for violating any of the prohibited uses, and may report such activity to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
Section 16: Intellectual Property
All content on the DailyDivines Platform — including the brand name, logo, product photography, app and website design, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of GIRI Trading Agency Private Limited and is protected under the Trade Marks Act, 1999, the Copyright Act, 1957, and other applicable Indian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written consent.
Section 17: Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
We do not warrant, represent, or guarantee in any manner whatsoever the accuracy, correctness, completeness, or suitability of information contained on this Platform. DailyDivines hereby expressly disclaims liability for errors or omissions in such information.
DailyDivines does not warrant that this Platform, its pages, or the servers that make them available are free from computer viruses or other corrupting or destructive elements, nor is any warranty given for timely, secure, complete, error-free, or uninterrupted access to all contents on this Platform.
The Platform and all products and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any representation, warranties, or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, GIRI Trading Agency Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, service providers, and delivery partners shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, arising from: (1) your use of or inability to use the Platform or any products procured through it; (2) any errors or omissions in any content; (3) any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content posted or otherwise made available via the Platform; (4) delays or non-delivery due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control; or (5) unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
Our maximum total liability to you in connection with any order or dispute shall not exceed the total value of that specific order as paid by you. This limitation does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Section 18: Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GIRI Trading Agency Private Limited and its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, delivery partners, subcontractors, suppliers, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of: your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference; your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; any content you submit through the Platform; or any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity conducted through your account.
Section 19: Force Majeure
DailyDivines shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, floods, earthquakes, cyclones, or other natural disasters; epidemic, pandemic, or public health emergency declared by a competent authority; war, terrorism, civil unrest, riots, bandh, hartals, or government action; power failure, internet outages, or telecommunications failure; or strikes, lockouts, or labour disputes.
In such events, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and resume normal services once the situation permits. Orders affected by force majeure events will be eligible for a full refund if delivery cannot be completed.
Section 20: Severability
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service. Such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
Section 21: Termination
The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our services or when you cease using the Platform.
If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms, we may terminate this agreement at any time without notice. You will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination, and we may accordingly deny you access to our services (or any part thereof). You may also delete your account at any time via My Account → Request Account Deletion or by emailing crmtl@giri.in.
Section 22: Entire Agreement
The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and GIRI Trading Agency Private Limited and govern your use of the Platform, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including any prior versions of the Terms of Service). Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms shall not be construed against the drafting party.
Section 23: Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
In the event of any dispute, complaint, or grievance, we encourage you to first contact our support team at crmtl@giri.in or 08069798999. Most issues are resolved within 48 hours. If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction within 15 days, you may escalate it by emailing crmtl@giri.in or calling 08069798999. Only after exhausting these steps should formal legal proceedings be considered.
As a consumer, you also retain the right to approach the relevant Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, regardless of the above.
Section 24: Changes to Terms of Service
You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time at dailydivines.com/terms-and-conditions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates to our Platform. For material changes, we will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via the app or your registered email before changes take effect. Your continued use of or access to the Platform following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
